What happens when displaced teeth knocked from trauma isnt put back into place immediately?

Hi guys, it was a while back that i knocked my tooth, and 2 of my front incisors became loose from it. i've also noticed that one of my front incisor is now displaced, petruduing out abit. I went to the dentist the next day and he told me it would heal on its on. (mainly because the loose tooth was mild).

However, its been weeks and the teeth is still abit loose and teeth is still displaced. anyone knows what will happen if displaced tooth is not put back into its normal position? will any of my other teeth be in danger? or will the displaced tooth need to be extracted? thanks.

Usually teeth that endure trauma need to be fixed right away or they will die. Sounds to me like you should get a second opinion. You may end up having to get the tooth or teeth extracted. Good luck!
Reply:Go back to your dentist. If you are not satisfied with the treatment you are receiving find another dentist.
Reply:loosened teeth take 3 months to get firm again. it'll take longer the more you wiggle on them. you'll probably need braces to straighten them back out.
