Should I be worried about losing my teeth?

Once in while whenever I bite down and then move my tongue against my teeth if feels like one of them moves slightly, but when I go to the mirror I can't see any movement, and it doesn't even do this all the time. Even when I try to wiggle it with my fingers it doesnt move. I went to the dentist a month ago, and he looked at my teeth and took xrays and he didnt say anything about a loose tooth. I'm only 17 and although I didn't take very good care of my teeth for the earlier part of my life, I now brush 3 times a day. The dentist did say that my gums were inflamed but that didnt surprise me. So none of my teeth visibly move and only 1 feels like it moves sometimes. If I had a serious problem my dentist would have told me right. Im asking bc Im really paranoid and all that I think about is losing my teeth. I really obsess about it but should I be worried

Should I be worried about losing my teeth?
Everyone's teeth wiggle a little bit... and I mean wiggling as in barely noticable at all. Your dentist would have told you if you were having major issues with your teeth. At 17, you really should have nothing to worry about. Since your gums are inflammed, you should keep brushing well and keep going to have your teeth cleaned every 6 months. Also, FLOSS!!!!!! It's just as important as brushing if not more so. You can use Listerine, too. Stop getting paranoid about your teeth - just take care of them and enjoy life :)
Reply:think about it, could de serious
Reply:Quit messing around with the tooth or you will loosen it. The dentist would have told you if there was something wrong.
Reply:no don,t worry they can fall out then you can get some more
Reply:I suppose the dentist knows best. If he took those x-rays, then they were all tell-tale of what shape your mouth is in. Just keep doing what you are doing. You are taking good care of your teeth. Sometimes when you move your tounge over a tooth, you do tend to get the illusion that it moves, but it really doesn't. Just keep brushing like you are doing, you should be fine.
Reply:Sounds like you got scurvy. Eat more vitamin C
Reply:It happens sometimes there have been people i know who wound up with 3 sets of teeth
Reply:No, Not to be worried.. This happens to me last time when I felt something on my mouth in the end I realise it is actually the gum going to drop! Omg?! That might be kinda worse!! I was very scared and I went to the dentist. The dentist did give me some advise . The dentist advise me to when night time going to brush teeth, Use a cup and put some tap water and add a little salt in it mix well and pour in the mouth a little bit and throe out. You can try this.
