How long does it take for new teeth to grow in?
um about 3 months i think and um my first one was top
Reply:well u should ask a dentist
Reply:First top and it depends some take awhile to grow back.
Reply:ask DR
Reply:It depends on the child. You will probably see the tooth within two weeks...if not immediately. You can watch it as it comes in. It also depends on the tooth. Top comes out first. I lost my last tooth about 3 years ago and one of my eye teeth broke through skin sometime last week.
Reply:well it will be soon in her mouth:since the permanent tooth becouse the deciduous one to shed and the masticate force playes role in that too(this is just part of force that affect the tooth shadding).

first tooth to fall is lower central incisor(A) at age of 6year old

followed by upper Central incisor (A)at age of 7 with shedding of lower lateral incisor (B), don't worry as long as she have teeth with out caries then they will shedding in its proper time.
Reply:There is no set time or order, however, if her tooth is loose , it means that the adult tooth is under it , resorbing the root tip of the baby tooth (making it loose) so it won't be long before she can pull it out and allow the adult tooth to come in. The adult tooth will shortly follow. However, if she does not wiggle it enough, and keep working on getting it out, the adult tooth can start erupting behind the loose tooth. My guess is that it is one of her lower front teeth? These are normally the first ones to get loose. Funny, my five 1/2 yr old lost his first tooth last night. His tooth has been loose for a couple of weeks, and when I was helping to make sure he was doing a good job brushing last night, I saw the adult tooth coming in behind his loose tooth and told him he had to get it out or else the adult tooth would come in in the wrong spot. If this does happen, normally the adult tooth will move up into the space as long as you get the baby tooth out of the way. Oh, and pretty soon, all four of her bottom teeth will be loose and her upper front two, then the ones next to her upper front ones, and then they just keep going from there back. Good luck, my son did really well until he saw all of the blood. So here's a little tip. I used some topical anesthetic from my work, but you could buy some ambesol, or other over the counter topical anesthetic to rub on her gums when it's time to pull it out. Have some 2X2 gauze from the first aid section. Just don't be around a mirror, and as soon as she gets it out, roll up a 2x2 guaze and put it in the new space and have her bite on it for a few minutes. After that, change the gauze and have her bite on it for a few more minutes, and the bleeding should be stopped. And don't forget the tooth fairy, lol. Just remind her every day to wiggle it until it hurts then stop, and make sure she cleans her hands first.

Hope this helps, any other questions, just let me know. jmoran48040@yahoo.com
