Dog loose tooth?

my chihuahua cious tooth is just hanging there and it looks painful what should i do??

If he's a puppy and young this is normal. I remember one of our cats actually lost one of her teeth like a child would, and I remember the vet saying it was normal. For the dog, I'd make sure she was comfortable and give her lots of water, and give her soft food.

Most of the time, you don't notice dog's baby teeth falling out because they swallow the old ones and the new ones grow in really fast- sometimes the next day they sprout up.
