My 51/2 yr daughter already started falling teeth. Is it OK?

She had calcium deficiency earlier and it made her loose tooth enamel, thus damagimg them. Now,she has started loosing the milk teeth naturally. Is it common or anything to worry about it? others say its very early. But our doctor told, its Ok at any time after 5 yrs. Any body have similiar experiences?

My 51/2 yr daughter already started falling teeth. Is it OK?
Kids start loosing teeth between 5 and 7 years old.
Reply:i didn't think 5 was too early, all children are different and develop at differents times.
Reply:It's OK. Iv'e worked with kids in kindergarten And many of them loose their teeth around 5 or 6. Don't worry.
Reply:Yeah, from about age 5 on it's normal. My friend's son lost his first tooth at his 5th birthday party! My son lost his first one close to his 6th birthday. My current 5.5 year old doesn't seem to have any wiggly ones yet. All three kids were within the range of normal!
Reply:Yep! CHEER up!

same here....
Reply:She is probably a little different based on the problems you mentioned, but even kids without problems can lose teeth at that age. They say that the earlier they grew their first teeth, the earlier they fall out. I had seen lots of kids in my children's kindergarten class with teeth missing.
Reply:I lost my first tooth when I was in kindergarden, I was 5. Your daughter is just fine, there is NOTHING to worry about, especially if your doctor said she is okay. Have a great day and I hope I helped.
Reply:Its alright, everyone starts at different times shes just a bit older then everyone else I started fallling teeth at 5 too and im just fine!
Reply:All kids are different. My daughter lost almost all her teeth at that age and now at 7 she is done.
Reply:My first tooth fell out when I was 4...my dentist says I have really good teeth. So yeah, I guess it's okay.
Reply:i just took my 5 year old to her pediatrician and she told me her teeth could start falling out any time now, i thought it was a bit early and my daughters teeth show no sign of coming loose but it must be a normal thing !
Reply:my son is 5 1/2 and lost his two front bottom teeth at the same time about a week ago. Your daughter is fine each child is different
Reply:my son had an enamel problem too and had his front four top teeth removed at age 3. he started losing his other teeth naturally at about five too. he seems to have slowed down now and his friends are catching up. he is 7 and a half now and has about 8 adult teeth so far.
Reply:i started losing when i was 5 so it's not early unless ur kid is at least 4 2/2
Reply:Both my children started loosing them in kindergarten. Normally. But take you're child in for a fluoride treatment as the dentist recommends.
Reply:I lost my first tooth around 4 years old. I'm also a Kindergarten teacher, and many of my students lose their teeth before or during Kindergarten. If your doctor isn't concerned I wouldn't be either.
Reply:51/2 years is a little early
Reply:no is not its too early
Reply:Seems fine, I started losing mine around 6.5 or 7, though, because I got my teeth late. I would think that while it's more uncommon, anything around 5-7 is considered normal. My sister's front teeth actually got loose when she was 4 because she was playing tug-of-war and she put the rope in her mouth because her hands were hurting. The other person let go, and she lost her 2 front teeth within 6 months of that.
Reply:My daughter lost both of her front botton teeth when she was 5.
Reply:This is about the normal age to loose baby teeth and to grow the permanent. Just make sure she has plenty of Ca intake.
Reply:5 isn't early.i lost my baby teeth when i was 5.
Reply:i know that i started loosing my baby teeth when i was 3 by the time i was like 7 or eight i was done with all the teeth stuff. So to meyour daughter doesnt seem that young. Alot of my friends i was in kindergarden with started loosing there teeth when they were 5%26amp;6 like your daughter so i wouldnt worry that much about it.
Reply:Yeh that's fine, My daughter's just lost her 1st baby teeth n she's 5, so your Ok...
Reply:She is fine. Many kids begin losing their milk teeth at 5, some don't until much later. As long as her new tteth are growing in fine, there is nothing to worry about!
Reply:it is perfectly fine. i lost mine at 4 1\2 years old.
