What is the best way to take out a six year old's loose tooth?

it is loose and he is not interested in wiggling it to make it more loose. any tips. we need the tooth out because his other one is growing out already.

Get some medi. that nums the gum like for tooth aches, tell the child you want to look at it and rub the medi. on it let it get num about 30 sec to 1 min. then look again and you wiggle it alittle to see how lose it is. it will fall out. Some take longer then others.
Reply:If he/she is anything like my six year old, forget it, he won't let me touch it. So, I gave him an apple and made him bite it and the tooth came out. This only works if they are not afraid of it coming out and if you don't tell them what your plan is.
Reply:punch him in his face. that should do it.
Reply:well when i was little my dad would tie a little string to my loose tooth and it would come right out, but i was pretty brave.
Reply:The apple idea works wonderful and it won't hurt at all. Don't cut it up. If he hates plain apples try a caramel apple.
Reply:the new one coming in will push the old one out eventually. I would say let it alone. If not then the apple trick may work too.
