All of them. You have 30 teen in your mouth. You have to loose them all to make room for you permanent teeth.

Reply:You get 20 baby teeth. They are replaced by your permanent teeth usually between ages 5 and 11.

Reply:we have 20 baby teeth and 32 permanent ones. we usually loose all of the baby ones by the age of 13 but it varies for different individuals.

Reply:You have 20 baby teeth and you normally loose all of them. If for some reason one of your permanent teeth doesn't form, then you will retain (keep) the baby tooth that the permanent one would have replaced.
